Access Help

When you attempt to log into the Members' Only area of the website, you should get a pop-up box which requests you to enter your User Name and Password. If you are not getting this box to appear, then please try the following:

FIRST OPTION:
Step 1: In your Internet Explorer

  • click on Tools
  • then click Internet Options
  • then click Security
  • and then click Custom Level
    Step 2: Scroll to the bottom for the "User Authentication" option
    -try the "Prompt for user name and password" (if this doesn't help, then try the "anonymous logon" option)

    SECOND OPTION:
    While still at Internet Explorer/ Tools /Internet Options/ Security/Custom Level
    > IF near the bottom where it says " Reset custom settings " it is set to High, then lower to Medium.
    *then see if this works (ie, provides you with a pop-up box for your access info)

    Please let us know if none of the above works for you. We'll see if there is another option that will work for you.

    Note: After you adjust your settings, close out your browser (Internet Explorer) and then re-open it prior to attempting to log in again.


    If your password is not working, please make sure that you are entering it with the correct punctuation (ie, it is case-sensitive).
